NYC #3
Another summary....
Wednesday night we had a "denim meeting" at work, and we had to try on every pair of jeans in the store. I found 1 pair that fit me. I'm too curvy for most of the denim. (small waist, big hips=awesome, except not)
Saw the Urgency at the continental on Friday with C sharp.
Worked all day saturday, saw Nicole (my little) for a few minutes while she was in the city, then
Katie, Jess, and katie's friends from home came to visit. We went to club avalon, this cathedral that was turned in to a club. It was the typical 18+ club/bar, and I shook my butt all night. Some guy handed me a piece of paper that said, "Go black and never go back" with his phone number. This morning I looked at it, and noticed it was written on a flyer for a comic book convention. Classy.
My roomate saw John Mayer at some bar. and I quote, "I would feel pretty cool being in the same place as him if it were say... four to six years ago."
Sunday night we went to Dylan's candy bar (probably one of my favorite places ever), and then to Serendipity for dinner and frozen hot chocolate. It tastes like frozen brownie batter... or how you would expect frozen cocoa mix to taste. mmm so good.

Only two weeks left on the east coast, and my plans include:
seeing rxbandits on tuesday
packing up all my stuff, and mailing all my pots and pans to poughkeepsie
work wednesday and thursday
Kevin coming to visit thursday
Against all authority at cbgb friday night (my only/possibly last show at the venue- not the gallery)
work saturday
then leaving for CT saturday night.
Then... lake george for the week of the 4th with kevins family, then back to OR on the 8th!!!
Wow... six weeks went by quickly.
