After spending the day in the ER on monday, I found out I had a ruptured ovarian cyst, which is what was causing me to be in such bad pain. They wanted me to stay until Wednesday so I could get an IV and be monitored. I got two shots of morphine, and was admitted around 10pm (I had been there since 11am), but the morphine didn't help, so they gave

:-( Thats weird that the percocet helped but morphine didn't...morphine is strong that percocet.

yeah, that's what I thought too. The morphine made me drowzy, and loopy, but the pain was still there. the percaset took the pain away completely but I wasn't as drowzy as I was with the morphine. The stuff they gave me now is like a form of vicodin, it takes the pain away but I'm still able to function completely without being too loopy.

aww steph, i'm so sorry. i know how awful that is after my whole cyst thing last year...but i'm glad you're starting to feel better!

You had yours removed right? Mine ruptured so they could have either operated and drained the fluid, or let it do that on it's own, and they ended up doing the later because of recovery time with school and all. How long did it take for you to fully recover afterward?

Yeah seriously. It could also just be an age/stress related thing maybe? who knows.
