(no subject)
While sitting at lunch with Marco, I had a horrible realization - I'm going to be in school a couple days per week on the sly, but my job still requires me to travel. Now, I can't miss class because I'm on a business trip and I certainly can't tell my boss I wont travel because of classes. I'm basically fucked. I'll need a job that is way more flexible in terms of schedule, and even though it pains me to say this, I might have to work weekends again. I really thought I was done with weekends...but now that I've decided to take a giant step backward into the world of school I think it might be imperative.
That having been said, how much (on average) do servers make? Is it feasible to work as a server while in school (I'm assuming the answer is yes, because I know several of our friends have done just that)? Does anyone have other ideas for flexible jobs that would allow me to live/pay my bills, and also allow me to attend school?
