Too Much Info-consider that your warning

Flow FINALLY showed up.

This explains so much about my appetite the past 2 days (and mood). I'm officially on 35 day cycles now. I've never been a day over 28. So, maybe it's just my body going on some new adjustment now that I've been off the pill for a few months now.

I might as well post my eating and lack of exercise for today now since I'm on.

Breakfast:
piece of banana bread and a cup of greek yogurt

Lunch:
more banana bread, a piece of wheat toast with peanut butter

Dinner:
pasta and sausage and milk

Exercise-none :(

I shouldn't feel completely awful about this, because let's face it, flow brings out a side of all of us that just isn't great. I know tomorrow will be far more structured and I won't be sleeping in until 9 again which will help me a ton.

Must drink more water...
