Something happened to the aforementioned roommate's cat. I'm not sure what, she just left me a note saying that she had to rush Izzy to the vet and that she'd call me later, which of course means a vet bill of at least $200, which I'm going to refuse to pay for unless it's something like she'll die if I don't. I'm also wondering what will happen when they get to the vet and they see that she's not registered, spayed, or vaccinated against anything. Halifax is pretty severe with its animal laws.
I hope she ends up alright. I'm angry with my roommate for getting her, but that doesn't mean I hate the poor thing. She's a nice cat at least.
