(no subject)
wow i guess its been a while since i updated. so much to say..where do i begin? first off school started today..well..the summer courses anyway...my first class doesnt seem that bad..the teacher seems like someone you could easily relate to ya know? still waiting for the results of the math teacher...i signed up for statistics..and we're going to find out today if that was a big mistake or not. haha
but enough about school...i started taking lessons with paton outside of school..which is kinda pricy so i can only afford it every once and a while but already he's helped me hit high notes that a few weeks ago..i only dreamed about as i watched others hit them...lol.
also...ive been dating this really AMAZING guy for over a month now. His name's dustin. he's cute, he's funny, he's sweet, he's everything you ever wished a boyfriend could be. when im with him..i feel like im hanging out with my best friend. he really makes me happy. :)
also..i managed to get fired from home depot...haha...it was the most miserable job...frankly i was glad to be rid of it.
oh a couple of weeks ago i went and visited my friend who lives in the mojave desert in a hick-townish city called inyokern.
hehe the "welcome sign" sign cracked me up...it said pop: 949 hahahahahaha...not even 1% of the amount of people that live in t.o. hehe. it was pretty windy..she was telling me how the winds have picked up to as much as 80 mph...and the sun...ohh so do NOT get me started. lets just say...the sun shines REALLY bright REALLY early...so you dont have to worry about getting up on time. the first night we couldnt even leave the house it was so WINDY haha. the second night we decided to go see the omen...BIG MISTAke...
then i had this reallly wierd dream about how if i were to go home early to see my bf....it would be bad..and everybody started grabbing at my throat and choking me..it was wierd...at one point people were shooting at me in this wierd city
lets see fathers day went over pretty well...although my sister got him this really rude and totally inappropriate card...i was kinda upset with her...i mean i look at all the people around my age and their relationships with their fathers..and i reallize how lucky i am. he loves me...hes there for me...he tries to help me the best way he knows how..heck..he spent the entire weekend that i went to jens painting my room (which is kinda the reason i went...cause im really allergic to the paint.)
oh yea... i have new wood flooring..my walls are newly painted this pretty lavender meets silver color and the ceilings are scrpaed and painted a sky blue...and i got whole new funiture...oh yea..and a new bed..dustin's all jealous...its funny...hehe
i miss school and being taught about music theory evryday..its something that i thoroughly enjoy and i cant wait to get back onto the swing of things come fall...yaya!!
