This is not the post I wanted to write today.
Today, I was planning to announce a fun new project up for pre-order. I was going to talk about other stuff, the normal, small incidents of life.
But I'm still reeling. So I'll post about all those things another day.
Today, I just want to pass on the things I've seen that might help a bit:
Bustle Magazine posted a good roundup of
ways to help the Orlando victims and their loved ones in this devastating time.
Time Magazine posted
another one.
There are Orlando community LGBTQ organizations we can donate to:
The Center Orlando is currently coordinating grief counselors, financial support for victims and their families, and more, and they're asking for donations to help.
Zebra Youth helps LGBTQ youth at risk or in need.
The
Orlando Youth Alliance is the community gay-straight alliance.
Here in the UK, LGBTQ people reacting to this news who need help/support/a voice at the end of the phone right now can find it through
these support organizations and helplines If you guys know of other links to organizations trying to help, please do let me know in the comments here and I'll update this post as soon as I can.
So much love to everyone affected by this.
