Geezus. Last night I had bad dream after bad dream after bad dream. And most of them centered around someone trying to kill me! I barely slept!

On a brighter note...I got bangs yesturday...I'm so not used to this!

I'm pretty sure it's the meds. When I was on a higher dose of Geodon I had nightmares pretty frequently and I just moved it up not too long ago.

Geodon definitely works, but it has some weirdo side effects, like my eyes are always dialated. lol!

I was taking pills for protein in the morning, but I can't stand those horse pills from GNC. I have enough meds to take as is!! Where do you get celtic salt? My diet is pretty poor, but I've been doing better recently. Protein, I find, relaxes me.

I tried the vegetarian thing a long time ago back when I used to be straightedge and was obsessed with controlling all things around me. It was too difficult for me to maintain.

I used to drink those protein shakes back when I used to work out often. Apparently I "used to do" a lot of things, heh. Now a days I eat meat most often and drink a lot of milk and have a yogurt in the morning. I really need to up the anti on my intake and these meds have been eating up my appetite, I've noticed.

I'll look into that celtic salt the next time I need to go food shopping, whcih should be soon. I have been actively eating better since I exited a partial inpatient program. Trying to make it all come together.

Thanks for the input!! :)

I will try anything that I think will help.

You sound like me. I keep telling my therapist I'm trying all of these new things becuase I'm desperate!! I'll try anything that sounds like it might help cuz god knows I need it.

Recovery is a full time job and it's exhausting.
