"Hey!" You shout across the nearly empty music store. A couple of the patrons turned to see what the commotion was before turning back to their business. You huffed as the one you were trying to get the attention of ignored you, grabbing the keys from the checkout and closing the point of sale before stalking towards the man. "Hey!" You try again, closer to the man this time, realising the problem as soon as you opened your mouth. He was wearing in-ear headphones. You grit your teeth, straightening the hideous polo shirt your manager made you wear before tapping him on the shoulder.
He turned, pulling an earphone out, casting a disinterested look in your direction. "Yes?"
"Do you think you're an idol or something? Take off that hat and sunglasses." You point to the sign, clearly displayed by the entrance to the store requesting all that entered to clearly show their face for security purposes.
He brought his face close to yours. "Don't you recognise me?" He whispered, lowering his glasses slightly.
You squint, vaguely recognising the face. "Do you go to my school?"
"Hey!" He raised his voice, as if not believing the situation. "Seriously?"
"Seriously. Take off the glasses and hat or leave." You insist.
"I'm Lee Hongki." He said, urgency in his voice. "I can't just take off my disguise."
"Yeah, yeah, and I'm Park Shin Hye." You grabbed the hat, pulling it from his head, his dark hair falling effortlessly into place. You held out your hand. "Glasses."
"Aish." He sighed, eventually taking off the sunglasses and passing them to you. "Don't sell them. I'll want them back when I leave."
You blink at the man. He really was deluded. You shake your head with a laugh before heading back to the checkout, passing a cut out of FT Island as you went, glancing at the bubbly lead singer, eye's widening before glancing back at that man. You felt your face flush, hands clenching the glasses and hat tightly. "It really is him." You whisper.
Your eyes follow him around the store, luckily the other shoppers didn't seem to recognise him. You bite your lip as he passes the checkout to move further around the store, picking out CDs and glancing at the tracklists. You blush a second time as a FT Island song plays over the speakers, and curse yourself for choosing that particular playlist.
He glances up and smiles in your direction, motioning to himself and singing along to the track. He stepped over to the checkout, still singing, "believe me now?"
You nod, "I'm sorry."
He hands you the stack of CD's in his hands, grinning as his fingers brush yours. "You know my name, what's yours?" He asks as you scan the CDs.
"Oh Kara." You say, carefully placing the CD in a bag.
"No relation to Oh Wonbin?"
You shake your head.
"Kara-ssi."
You stop working as he says your name, looking up and meeting his eyes. "Yes?"
"Give me your phone number."
"W-what?" You stutter, a bright blush forming on your cheeks.
"So I can warn you next time I come shopping." He grinned, pulling his phone from his pocket, hands poised to enter the number.
You take the phone from him, suddenly feeling bold. "I'll enter it." You press the number on the phone before calling yourself. "Now I'll have your number. You better be nice or I'll put it on the internet."
His grin widens as you hand his phone back. "I'll bear that in mind." He pays for his purchases and waves as he leaves.
You press a hand to your heart, feeling the frantic pumping in your chest. "Did that really happen?" You ask, glancing to the side of the checkout. You smile as you realise he left his glasses and hat.
