so today i actually did something! i woke up at 7 am and went to work with my mom until 5:30/6. After many hours of filing, i never want to file anything again. i don't mind pulling the files, and giving them to the doctors, and i like the odd jobs they give me, like making charts and mailing stuff. it was just nice to see where my mom works, and who she interacts with everyday and the type of environment she is in.....i met a lot of the people she works with, and they were really cool. a couple of my favorites were Wendy, Henrietta, and Gert (short for Gertrude, and i called her Kurt the whole day HAHAH and the sad part is, she herself couldn't tell the difference).
it was just nice to have something to do, meet new people, and i think they liked having me there to break up the monotony of their work/workplace. i may go back next tues and thurs if donna, the office manager, is okay with it. so yea, i was running around like crazy. Henrietta told my mom and i that our accents were so cute. Wendy thinks that my mom talks like Mariah Carey. hahahhahhah ah crazy people....they're great.
Michelle is having a sleepover this sunday-monday, because they have no school monday....i really really REALLY want this to be an excellent, amazing, CRAZY COOL sleepover. i suggested it, esp cause i want to meet some of these girls, and decided if they are sweet or if i need to scare the living shit out of them (haha i would never do that...:) ) she started out inviting 4 other girls, and now it's up to 8 girls minus herself!! i was so thrilled and excited to hear about this! plus, 2 nights ago i was coming up with comebacks for this annoying kid on her bus, this obnoxious 7TH GRADER (hahah i nearly peed myself when i found out he was a year younger...stupid obnoxious brat that annoys people older than him) cause he was one of those people who, if you glance at him, are like "WHAT ARE YOU STARING AT?!" People did that to me when i was little too, and i found it embarrassing at first, and then really annoying. so, as i am talking about how michelle should talk to the girls and school, and throwing out comments to say to mikey (the brat...who happens to be our neighbor...lucky us) michelle listened in the back seat of the car (We were picking her up from honors choir..they have rehearsal at night AND SHE GOT A SOLO!!! AND I WILL BE HERE TO SEE HER CONCERT!! OMG!!!) she wasn't saying much and i didn't think she was really listening to me.....but i was entertaining myself with what i would say to mikey if i was able to be michelle for a day...
.....and yesterday when she told me that she told off mikey (not meanly) and talked to some of the girls, i was so impressed......i was actually also shocked and pleasantly surprised...and i made a mental note...michelle does listen to me when i ramble about crap.....she really does listen and implement stuff. anyway, this sieepover NEEDS to be amazing. i mean, some of the girls i hear a nice, and some are just like "yea...sleepover...i think i can come....whatever" and i'm like YOU STUPID KIDS, BE A BIT F-ING COMPASSIONATE AND AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU WANNA COME!!!!!!!" not that they don't wanna come, but michelle is really nervous about this. i can tell. she twists her fingers a lot when she's nervous, or talking about something that made her nervous/is making her anxious....
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY AWESOME SUGGESTIONS ABOUT WHAT TO DO AT AN ALL GIRLS 8TH GRADE (13-14 yr old) SLEEPOVER, SHARE!!! GAMES, DECORATIONS, FUN FOOD TO MAKE, ANYTHING!!!
i was gonna do a makeover on all the girls, and have them pose and take pics with my digital camera and then make each girl a cd of the pics. one of the girls coming had a halloween party michelle went to, and apparently it was amazing, and they had all this stuff planned, and prizes, and fun food and everything. WE NEED TO SHOW THEM UP!! .....this is really important for michelle.....it's really important that it goes well....this could be the beginning of some great friendships for her...and she has a couple friends, but noone really inside school where she needs one most.....so, with some fun stuff planned, the girls can find out how funny, and fun and sweet michelle is and realize that they were dumbasses to not reach out earlier to her......
okay i will try not to be bitter. but seriously guys, any input would be ABSOLUTELY wonderful....and nothing too raunchy please, or really that raunchy at all. i would rather be naive and treat them like innocent modest girls. thanks :)
