(no subject)
last week was CRAZY. and i mean INSANE, CRAZY, BUSY, STRESSFUL-NESS. Thursday i was up till 230 am and then got up around 5/6 hours later and was nonstop running until later that night. it was ahhhhhh!!!!!!!1
well finals are done, and i'm happy about my grades for the semester. the one i am most proud of is getting a B in Ancient Civ and Religion. That was by far the hardest class, considering it was a 200 level soph. class and you had to do all the reading to pass the crazy long essay tests, but i loved it. the prof was great, the slides were good, and i LEARNED. i want to go to Greece so bad now, now that the myceneans and the minoans are permanently in my brain. i also wanna go to Rome because of everything i know about the empire, and egypt because i know so much about them too. my god, this application of knowledge thing is really fabulous, because it involves traveling.
so yea i am in OH now. i sat around all day, went to bed at 1 got up at 1230...it was glorius. got all my shopping done out here, which wasn't too bad considering tax. i'm being really creative this year, which is nice cause it gives me something to do, though i wish i brought music to listen to. i have the ipod, but i want cds to play on my boombox. my itunes are in DE on my laptop though so am kind SOL. ah well. i'll be back the 23rd.
soooooooooo i have missed all you guys but i am BEYOND EXCITED to see you all. OMG i think i will have a caniption when i finally do see you guys, so please pardon my giddyness/retardedness/weirdo-ness. it will prob just be so awesome i won't be able to handle it without going into super-crazy mode.
BTW, BREAK A LEG to all the BHS-ers trying out for the musical this week. If someone could let me know the results, that would be great (i know she never promises to have the list up before break, but normally she does...she did all 4 yrs i was there).
Oh yea, and on friday i got to see my dear tabeeta and poor keen who had her wisdom teeth removed. it wasn't horrible and we all watched pretty in pink together, talking about how andrew mccarthy is strangely attractive, the guy that played steff i still maintain is not, and how i love ducky. and how andrew and anthony michael hall (not in P.I.P but a brat pack member nontheless) both look muy weird older. we discussed this inbetween taking tests to see which brat pack member we were. I am Samantha, Molly Ringwald's character from 16 candles, Tab is Andie from PIP, and Keen is Claire from TBC.
