Venness
We have a couple of options open to us on the Venness House but we have to decide what's going to work best for N8 and I. We could try the mortgage modification thing once we resubmit our incoming and outgoing finances, we could sell the house, we could let the lender have the house or we could let the foreclosure on it finish up. It really comes down to this: How will the venness house impact our quality of life? Would it be an albatross? How much money out of our pocket would we have to put into it? I dunno these are just the thoughts running through my head at the moment.
