Sometimes I'm happy to be late (which I might as well get used to, since it happens often in so many arenas of my life), so I can read other comments - from readers and yourself. I always learn from both! (And as an aside, I know exactly what you're referring to about that commenter that always offers the Wuzup, plez rite more, etc. Very irritating. Why bother?)

While I'm glad Stacy did the right thing, I wish House would've manned up and come to that conclusion himself (that's not a story criticism, but one of House's character). She took the choice out of his hands, and I'm still wondering what he would've decided if she hadn't, if she'd pressed him into becoming a 'this'. But, relived to see her gone! I hope in her thought process there was some regard for Cuddy, whom I think we were led to believe in canon was sort of a friend. Cuddy wouldn't think so now, obviously, if she knew what had been transpiring in her absence!

I honestly had a feeling we'd see a Turkey Day flip-flop, and Cuddy would be too guilt ridden and homesick to stay away from her family at Thanksgiving. It sounds like she's just now starting to process the injustice of how she's been treated by PPTH. Hopefully, it'll work out where she can thumb her nose at them.
(off to review Chapter 10, which I'm pretending I haven't read yet, even though I totally have. :) )
