1. What was the first concert you ever attended? How old were you? Where was it?
I guess it was Billy Joel... at the Worcester Centrum. I know I was in college... maybe about 19 or 20?
2. What was the most recent concert you attended? Where and when?
VAN HALEN, Last night, America West Arena, Phoenix!
YEAHHH!
3. Have you ever seen your favorite artist/band in concert? Did the show live up to your expectations or were you disappointed?
Van Halen is my favorite... I have seen some form of them 7 times. They are always awesome. Last night I was disappointed in the seats but definitely not the show.
4. Ever been to a concert where you were pleasantly surprised at the performance? Ever been to a concert where you were totally disappointed? Name 'em!
Gosh, I have been to SO MANY concerts... working in radio I have been really lucky to get last minute tickets and go to a lot of shows that I never would have considered paying for. The most surprisingly good was The Pretenders. They were opening for the B-52's (the show I really went to see) and The Pretenders were FANTASTIC!
Most disappointing... ummm... nothing springs to mind... oh, I know! Dave Matthews! I saw DMB last summer and had heard nothing but rave reviews for like, a decade. I thought the show was very mediocre.
5. Name five bands that would headline your own personal festival.
This is hard! I like so many bands!For now I'll say...
