(no subject)
I had a pretty busy weekend. I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping because I am so stressed out about getting a job. I can't sleep at night, but usually sleep pretty late in the morning.
Dann picked me up so early Saturday morning, so I was extremely tired all day! Then, we had to run around and get everything ready for his family's pig roast. It as not too bad, but his siblings are excellent at task avoidance!
Then, my parents and brothers arrived... It was a bit scary, but they got along well with Dann's family (I rather expected them too, but that doesn't reduce scariness!).
Then we had a lot of fun for the rest of the day, and I went home so late! I just took Dann's car and drove home.
The next morning I drove back. We went to a teacher store and got some awesome stuff, including a game called Ticket to Ride. We went home and played the game, and I crushed Dann both times! mwuahahaha
Now it is Monday, and I am hoping to get a phone all saying I got the job they interviewed me for two weeks ago... They may or may not call today (they never said, but I am kind of guessing...).
Of course, because I am hoping to hear from the school, I couldn't sleep to a decent hour and have been up for quite some time... :S
I am really hoping to get a new job today.
Also, I a planning to buy a car if I get this job (in order to get there...). It is a short 10 minute drive (yeah!). I am thinking of getting a Hyundai Accent or Elantra. Thoughts?
