People are so wrong about me. If they only knew the real me they wouldn't talk shit.

Anyways, here's a report for the people that won't rip me apart and enjoy my post.

Went down to the river friday. We had six fish sitting in front of us. They weren't very spooky, but they didn't want anything I had to offered. I switched over to a darker jig for some reason and the first cast the float went down. I don't know if this fish was foul hooked or not because I wasn't watching my jig. I ended up missing the fish and the pod spoooked. My buddy did say he sayd the white gums of the fish so he thinks I had a taker. We fished those fish hard for another several hours but decided to give up. I still had an hour to kill so I shot to another hole. I was casting every two feet and working every section of this hole. My first cast on the other side resulted in a slow take and a powerful little 7 pounder. After patients and some time, the fish was on the bank. The next part was funny, and BTW when I release a fish, I choose to release it in the best manner possible. When I tried doing a delayed photo, I picked up the fish, and the fish went nuts and landed back in the water and swam away. When I looked up, the camera snapped the pic and you could tell exactly what happened. I'll post the pics when I have them available.

I fished after class for those 6 fish and another thing happened to me that was very funny. On this river I fish you have to be really slow. When I approached the river, their were three "bank billies." In a hole that can take 8-10 bobber fisherman and a few spawn dunker, could only take 4 people. I walked very slowly to see where the fish were. Turns out they were up at the top of the hole but their was a gentlemen fishing up thier but was missing the fish. So I slowly walked back and started fishing a section where thier was no fish. I though they might come down and nail my jig.

The gentlemen up river reels in his stuff, comes down and asked if I catch any fish. Now, I like takling about the fish I catch, but I don't lie bragging so I said I catch a few. He then said I won't catch fish fishing the way I was fishing and standing close to the rail. I said interesting and chuckled.

I hoped to god that one of those fish would bite but they just weren't in the mood.

Friday, I shot down to another river. Now, this trip taught me several things. When people are talking about how great it's going to be, don't expect it to be great. It will probably suck, and it did.

Fished from 8-5 and went 1-3 on steel. To many things happened to go into detail but things like broken jigs and annoying tree branches, lol.

I did land around 30 beautiful trout. One with a bulging throat and a nice 15 inch brown with double chins. Most fish came on spawn, but some hit waxies. Did a ton of exploring and learned some new holes that I can't wait to fish next time I am down there.

Ended up sleeping in my truck in 30 degree weather and woke up to my truck in snow cover. 7:30 I was back on the river with the beautiful snow falling. In the first half hour I got a skipper with it's right pectoral fin clipped and left ventrical fin. Wonder what state that come from. Fishing during the day was extremely slow. Once again explored a ton of new water and found some new holes to fish. Around 5:30 the fishing turned up and the browns were hitting anything chartruse. I also did trick a smaller steelhead into bitting and was into a nice little battle. The fish continued to bite into the nite but once I was out of chartruse spawn, the bite was over.

I ended up heading home in the blizzard in hopes of decent fishing in the mournin. I ended up waking up late but I guess the locals had a good day. I did plan on getting out this mournin but my homework never got done because of the power going out. So I had to do that when I woke up.

Hopefully there will be some steelhead around in the mournin because I plan on being out after them:) Get away from all this internet B.S.

BTW, this post is probably real poor but I have been online enough today and am sick of it. Cya
