musta been luck
So the water from yesterday was slowly retreating. I woke up a little late and rushed down to the river. I thought for sure today was going to be a killer day but boy was I ever wrong. Was amazed at the stupidity of some people as the guys crossed a river to clean up a snagg. Hello you ding bat, that is where the fish hang out. I fished the top of the hole hoping he might of push fish up but that wasn't the case. I fished all my hot holes with no luck. I need to learn to fish my hot holes faster and move on.
Guess the word is it's slow. I ran into a old buddy of mine who I fished with a long time ago. He fishes this river alot. I guess I must of got lucky the other days. Probably give it a go tomarrow, i dunno.
Came home, made cheezy steelhead for the family. Of coarse my brother was a little brat and wouldn't eat it. Also aged my deer at 3.5 yrs old and took some fat off the skin so I can tann it tomarrow.
