unbelieveable fishing

So salmon don't bite, right??? YEA RIGHT!!!!

My mournin started off at 6 AM. The skein bite was unbelieveable. In an hour I went 1-9 landing a small jack. Around 9:30 the bite died.

After loosing fish like crazy there seemed to be a disgusted tone in my voice noticed by the girl next to me who was named Hope. Her husband and her were up for there honey moon. This was there first salmon trip, how cool is that? Her husband, Ben was last to hook up but did with spawn under a bobber. He was really into landing the fish but unfor. the line busted. That didn't deteriate them from fishing. I finally was into one and asked if they'd like to land it. After a little fight Hope landed her first salmon all of 15 lbs. She was excited and is now probably ruined for life. I let them take home my jack king I landed earliar so they could go home with something at least. I remember when I was little it was a huge thing to me when someone gave me a fish, granted, she is older. I had a great time fishing with them saturday and sunday. I told them about the site. I really hope they join up and hope they had a great honey moon!

Later that mournin snaxx called and wanted to get into a salmon. He showed up half an hour later and was ready to fish. He ended up hooking a vicious head shaker of a fish but it threw the hook back at him. I ended up hooking up with one and let him reel it in. He landed a nice buck also.

Had some guy snag a salmon and land it and his buddy headed towards the truck, fish in hand. I asked if he was going to release that fish down river and there reply was "not wiht the license I need." I then asked why he was running it to there truck the white guy picked up and left.

Jasontheoutdoorsman was coming up from MSU to fish with me this weekend. He showed around 2:30 and showed me how it was done landing this nice fish right away.

After that, the fishing was pretty much non stop. I think I ended up with 10 or so and jason ended up with 5 or something around there.
Here I am with one of my large kings:

I had been releasing most of my fish and around 11:50 I notice I still could catch one more legal fish. So I put on a egg sucking leach and first cast, FISH ON! Here I am with the two fish I kept for myself. The other fish went home with the newly weds.

We stay all night long up til 10:30 the next mournin. Saturday mournin was another great skein bite but I couldn't get a hook into any of them fish. Jason landed a nice skipper.

While leaving I witnessed a guy snagged a silver salmon in the tail. I asked if he was going to release that and in perfect english, his reply was "I don't speak english." Bull crap!

That night we headed back out. Jason was into a fish instantly with a orange cleo. I was then up next with the biggest big lake fish of my life, a 20-22 lb hen. Wow, what a fight.
Here we are with our fish!

Jason then passed out

and i then lit it up and couldn't get back to my rod holder before I had another fish. Heck, I couldn't even get my second rod in. Finally while fighting a fish I woke jason up and he landed it. In the next hour in a half we went 9-11. Pretty darn good for the surf.

That was about all for the weekend. Thank Jason for coming up and fishing. I had a great weekend.

Here I am with my big king back at my apartment:

Today afer class I head out to another river. I had all intentions of just looking but couldn't resist wetting a line. Fishing skein and flies bottom bouncing and below a bobber caused me to go 12 for something. skein below bobber was the best. 2 small jacks went home with me. One with very bright red meat. It was nice to see the co, no once, but twice nailing them poachers.
(pic of fish will come later)

Another weekend of non-stop fishing coming up. I can't wait! Maybe I should study some now, lol.

Later that week my fav. crick started with some salmon. I walked out with these two bright jack males.

Couple days later I ended up with these hens!
