Stella's Big Night Out...
Went out after work last night...
first we went to The Hyde which is round the corner from my work.
Then for dinner at Wagamama at QV
and then to Dallas Bar! You read right I said DALLAS BAR! (but not the stripper bit)
And what did I do at Dallas Bar?
I Melbourne Shuffled for the first time in a very long time....to a song I really like (remix of Poison [as in Alice Cooper not Bardot] by Groove Courage...feel free to find it and download it!)...while wearing kitten heel sandals and ALL BY MYSELF ON THE DANCEFLOOR!
I wasnt even all that drunk...I just got excited when the song came on! I was absolutely buggered after that tho.... Im not a spring chicken popping pills anymore. Also, it was sooooo hot and all they had was crappy fans and everyone was dripping with sweat just sitting down!
I also got up and booty danced to that Sir Mixalot song (you know that one.... "I like big butts and I cannot lie.....") again I pretty much had the floor to myself - except when my work mates boy came over and dances with me for a bit.
Yes Dallas is skanky and the floor is sticky but I had the most fun I've had in ages bce it plays the music that I like to dance to when I go out and its $2 pots & $5 basic spirits....oh and these 2 chicks that kept getting up to dance and one of them thought she was A) hot shit and B) the best dancer ever....it was really sad and funny too! I'd say "who's up for a night out one night?" but I'd suggest everyones musical taste is less mainstream than mine so I wouldnt have any takers :(
I had to work today and was starting to feel sick so I left at about midnight... sounds lame but I finished work at 5pm so I'd been out for a good 7 hours!
