Author's Notes: I know that I have posted three parts of this story in the past: the prologue, chapter 1, and chapter 2. However, the first two chapters didn't go like I wanted. Therefore, I rewrote all of them and finish this first part. Now it's almost 100% to what I want and I'm not even sorry haha I put a lot of thought into this. Concrits are welcome ^^ I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. This story is inspired by the whole MAMA MV. This is how I interpret it. This is going to be longer than I thought. Beta'ed by the iron fist of oigabuss'.
Summary: There were twelve of them, divided into half, thrown into two worlds that were the same, and yet different. Two different worlds, and yet the same. One could not survive without the other, and as powerful as they were, they were helpless. Something had tilted the balance of the world and they were not sure they had what it took to fight against this unknown enemy.
