Oh, oh, what a beautiful existence this turned out to be. So many things to see in this incomprehensible reality. Today a kiss landed upon me that I will not soon forget; as I had not experienced this depth of passion yet. Ah, but yes, today it came! One that pierced me forever; one that will scar me in the shape of a heart, oh what a torturous delight it is to be alive!
Once, on a long route I stood, I shook
The mindless clouds afloat in lulls
And no one could see, who was standing there
The figure under the streetlights
Confusion will be my only map
Between the gusts of wind upon me
Between the breaths that I suck in
I layed in traps of sand and grass
I was trying to forget you
Confusion is my broken compass
I was trying to force words out
Feelings that just weren't in me
Another's kiss landed so soft
Upon my frozen lips and neck
Confusion helped me dig my grave
But I think tomorrow I'll know
When I smell your skin upon me
And I can drift away, into your arms
Where reality cant disturb me
Confusion will seek me every day
When the birds burst forth to dawn
To serenade the waking child
To newfound love I will give birth
As rain finds its way to earth
Kiss me, kiss me to feel again
Kiss me to rid me of confusion
I havent seen a set of eyes
That I could slip away in
Confusion is lost without me to prey upon
