Here's a tip for you all which should help out the next time you have to call a customer service line for any reason. When the customer service representative asks "How can I help today?" the statement "Hi, I'm not sure if I've reached the right line, but hopefully you can help me," is a waste of the CSR's time and yours. Simply reply to the question, and if it is not something the CSR can assist with, they will get you to the right area. It is completely unnecessary to point out how stupid you are; we know that.
