The Glass Castle She Carried

The Glass Castle was amazing, unbelievably sad and emotional and perfect for my mood.
I'd been reading The Things They Carried on and off for a couple of months. It's a great collection. Tim O'Brien writes beautifully. Every time I read something of his, it makes me want to learn more and more about this pointless war, about what he and others like him suffered. Simply amazing.
