(no subject)
my schedule is going to kick my ass. class. i went quickly from having wednesday and friday free to only sunday. its either 9-9 or 9-10 on monday through thursday. its not thaaat bad. i mean it could be worse, but i have no time to eat!! i dont want to faint and junk so i need to eat and all, so we shall see how this works out. im in the studio about 30 hours a week and will be working almost 11 hours at the gallery. no more country line dancing for me...and i didnt even get to give knitting a try.
this year is so different from last year. buildings, classes, people, and my outlook. im pretty much immersed in glass this year which is cool even though i complain about the hours. im really enjoying trips to the library to flip through books on breaks. i will be going to corning in a few weeks as well as trips to letchworth and the mt. hope cemetary.
i am going to get to charge the furnace this year. yeah its tough work, but i figure any knowledge i can get is better than none. eventually id like to be an intern. we shall see. its fuckin hot in the studio now. i have to take frequent breaks. no burns yet! (knock on wood)
my floor is full of characters. i like it. living with freshies is kinda fun. its like having a ton of little brothers. i always wanted a brother.
oh and...send me pictures!!!! my studio space and room walls are nakie!!!! hellllpppp!!!!
