Hello everyone. Yesterday was a good day. I received my iPod in the mail. I didn't pay one dollar. Here is a picture, the only proof you need. Picture of my FREE iPod
I've talked about freeipods.com for a while now, and I don't think anyone really believed it was legit, until today, when I showed up at school sporting my trendy, but free, iPod. I have already received a call from a friend of mine who is interested in getting in on this, I have also heard other people talking about signing up now. So I suggest people sign up while others are signing up, it makes step 6 infinitely easier.
If you would like to get a free iPod, follow these simple (if you follow them correctly) steps.
1. Look here for a referral link to sign up to freeipods.com with, meaning: Help someone with their step 6! Don't go to freeipods.com and sign up without helping someone by clicking their referral link. (step 6, explained later)
2. Provide a valid e-mail address, and password. Give the site all of the personal information it requests, including your name and address. Gratis Internet, the owners of freeipods.com are a very legit and professional business. There is no need to worry about spam or other annoyances that could arise from sharing your personal information.
3. Participate in the following quiz. Note: Participate means "Click No until the quiz is over", unless you're interested in something you see.) Then you will be prompted to refer friends, do that later. For now, choose to skip that step.
4. Go to the "My Account" page. There will be a chunk of text that is a link, it is a link that sends a request for a verification email to be sent to your email address from freeipods.com. This verifies that your email address is a unique and active one. Note: If you use Hotmail or Yahoo, you may not receive the e-mail. Do not worry, this step is not required until you've completed your offer and referrals.
5. Complete an offer. Note: Almost all offers require a credit card, but not all offers will bill your credit card if you're smart. I will teach you how to be smart about this. Sign up with one of the affiliates of freeipods.com. eFax Plus, Ancestry.com, Stamps.com, Infone are all very good offers to complete. Your participation in these offer will be credited immediately, meaning, you no longer have to worry about completing offers, you can move on to the next step. If you choose to complete an offer that doesn't give credit immediately, you will have to wait longer, and if the credit doesn't go through, you may have to complete another offer. Some offers aren't free, but the money can be refunded by shipping the product you receive in the mail back to the company who sent it to you. Video Professor is a good example of this. Video Professor is a good offer, though. Instant credit for completing the offer, but if you choose to keep the software that is mailed to you upon completion of their free trial, you will be charged $6.95. If you cancel your subscription before they mail the software, you will still receive credit and you won't be billed. I know this from personal experience. If you complete an offer, on any site, for anyone, please IM me, and I will give you phone numbers or email address that you need to get in touch with in order to cancel the subscriptions you will be signed up for if you do not cancel the free trials. Note: All offers that can be completed are free trials of a company's service.
6. Refer friends. The most difficult step, while still remaining fairly simple. If you'll look at the Refer Friends page on freeipods.com, you'll see your referral link at the bottom of the page. Send this link to anyone interested in signing up under your referral. Although time consuming, this step can be frustrating because most people will be reluctant to help you. I also know this from personal experience. If you guide people through, and reassure them that you know what you're doing, you stand a better chance than if you just let them loose and give them vague directions. You must refer 5 people before your order will be placed with Apple.
I am living proof that this site is legit, and will indeed send you a free iPod if you legitimately follow the steps outlined on the site and in this entry. Gratis Internet, the owners of freeipods.com, also host freeflatscreens.com, freedesktopPC.com, freegiftplanet.com, freeDVDs.com, freeCDs.com, freevideogames.com and freecondoms.com. Yes, free condoms. Some of these sites are point based, meaning, you complete offers for points (no need to refer people) and you cash in points for free merchandise. I have ordered a pair of Shure E2C earphones from freegiftplanet.com, they are also legit. These earphones retail at $100.
An important note: If you try to cheat Gratis, or freeipods.com or freeflatscreens.com, you will completely ruin your chances of receiving anything for free. Your account will be put on hold and all of the referrals you acquired will become null and void. Only one account is allowed per household. This is to stop people from receiving more than one iPod or flat screen tv/monitor. Do not sign up with two email addresses from the same house, or a different house, for that matter. If it is discovered you're signed up twice to any of these sites, your accounts will be put on hold, and there will be no chance of you completing the requirements on any of these sites.
I am writing this post in hopes of this site getting word of mouth publicity around school since I brought my free iPod to school.
