So evidently I live in the ghetto. I always joked about living in the ghetto but turns out to be less of a joke and more reality. I was woken up at 3 am this morning by gunfire. Fabulous. From the sound of it, in my front lawn. So I called WSPD to report it and they said they had an officer in the area. So I dont know if it was officer gunfire or criminal gunfire. Then came the police sirens... and the helicopter for 2 hours circling my apt. Shortly after 5 I finally fell back asleep. So I'm a little tired this morning and I have to drive to Jupiter for a ride-along. Oh and there were 2 crime scene techs inspecting my front lawn for what I can only imagine are bullet casings when I left this morning.
