The oddities that are the WSPD

So, the WSPD have a vehicle that is a VW Bug. I see it every so often driving around and it makes me laugh every time. Not exactly the image of authority.

Here is a pic, it is towards the bottom

I'm going to assume its some sort of DARE veh or an SRO veh because I cant imagine being pulled over by an officer in a Bug.
