I still need to post a story for a comment meme that's been ages ago but I just can't find a title. Pretty pathetic excuse, right? I don't suppose "Handjobs behind the Poolhouse" would go over well.
I need to get up early tomorrow because I'm going to a fair for technical writers in Wiesbaden that starts at nine. I'd planned to go by car but today one of my colleagues asked if I was going by train. Really should've thought of that, too. Supervisor agreed that train would be way more practical. I've been to the fair a few times before - should be nice. Maybe I'll find a new job. *g*
My sister had a job interview on Monday and has already been invited to a follow-up. I really want her to get the job - and not only because the location would mean she could water my flowers while I'm in Peru. (Speaking of, want a postcard? Comment in this post.)
There's this guy in my Spanish class who held an hour long monologue about the sad state of Europe last week that was dreadfully boring. Today I found out that I'm not the only one who'd been irritated by that as some others also expressed their hope that he wouldn't come tonight - and there was a collective groan when he did. He was only slightly easier to take this time.
