Mmm... I knew I could cook - even before the carpenter said he'd marry me after trying one bite of my pizza - but I never know quite how it will turn out. My non-existent kitchen is even less existent right now, with everything in the living room I can't really use the hot plates without smelling it three days later. So I cooked everything in the oven. Fish with tomatoes, onions and lots of mixed herbs, wrapped in aluminium foil, and potato fries sprinkled with salt and oregano. Delicious. But! In other news, I'm getting my kitchen next Thursday! Whoo! And I forgot to paint the wall today. Crap.
What do you do with books when you read a few pages and realize that you and the book, you're just never going to be friends? Do you still finish reading it? Does it make a difference if the book was a gift or if you bought it yourself? And more importantly: What do you do with it after, knowing you'll never want to read it again? Do you still keep it in your bookshelf hoping that one day someone will borrow and never return it? Do you give it to someone else, do you throw it away? There is this book I'm reading right now that sounded all right on the back cover, but I don't really like it. I'm still a bit determined to finish it, though, if only because I bought it and shouldn't let that go to waste.
If we really get 15 cm of snow during the night, I don't know if my car will make it out of the garage... I do love the snow, though. Every year I ask for snow on my birthday and this year I finally got it!
I love internet radio, but Onda Cero should really think about broadening their song list. There are only so many times I can listen to the same 20 songs over and over and over. Or maybe to Tu Angelito I can.
