Yesterday I attended a meeting of an association that I'm a member of, which helps former children of the hogar in Peru by basically giving them scholarships. I didn't want to go at first because I thought that I didn't know anyone else. But then one of the other voluntarias I met during my first time in Peru sent me a text message that the three of them were going, so I went, too. And I had a good time.
