I should re-activate my twittering. A couple of people on my flist posted their nickname there lately, so I checked it out again. I'd started it in Peru, back when messages were still sent out to your friends' cell phones. So it was a great way of keeping people updated, because my phone was available all the time for sending, as opposed to the internet. Then I stopped when twitter stopped sending texts, because I didn't see the point. So my twitter messages are still stuck in the middle of my time in Peru, and it's highly entertaining to read them. How I was sick, how much I hated the music at first and all the embarrassing details about the carpenter. Fun times.
I'm stellamira, by the way, which you might have guessed. My updates are protected, but I'll approve you if you request to follow me. It's just that there's a lot of personal stuff there that I don't want to be open to everyone on the internet. Or is that everyone on twitter? Anyway.
Also, is there some means to send a message to a twitter person? I've had someone request to follow me whom I don't know. I have a faint idea who it might be because we have some friends in common but the livejournal profile says different things than the twitter one does so I'm not 100% sure if it's the same person, and it's all very confusing. I'd like to clear that up.
I have about 10 bites all over my body from mosquitoes or some other insect. Sometimes I think I might have brought some fleas back from my bed in Peru. You can still see the scars of those.
