I'm back from my weekend at home, a few brochures, a small box of candy and some more or less useful promotional gifts (like a yodeling beaver, really cute. And bath balls!) from the fairs richer. Former roommate got 32 pens on Friday alone! I had only ten. I also did manage to watch Supernatural, on Saturday, at three at night, even though some higher power seemed to want to prevent me from watching. First I couldn't get it to download anywhere and get more than 10 kb/sec speed. I mean, I know our internet connection at home is slower than here, but not that slow. The I finally did find a solution, but it still took 4-5 hours. I only managed to block the computer for that long because my parents were meeting up with old friends. By the time the download finished, it was close to 11 at night, and I didn't want to watch it yet because I thought that my parents could be home any minute and I didn't want to be disturbed. I didn't need to have worried, they got home at half past midnight. Unfortunately, they didn't go straight to bed, either, but stayed up and watched
Wetten dass..., which I had taped for them. And also unfortunately, although my dad went to bed at some point, my mom fell asleep in front of the tv. Since I wanted to watch it on tv (burned avi in the dvd player), and I didn't want to wake her, I had to wait until she woke up by herself. Therefore the late night watching. I have some more thoughts, maybe I'll write a recap tomorrow.
