I have the new Slut album!
It's my mother's birthday on Thursday, and I bought her the Olympia CD, Unity. While I was at the record store, I also looked for Slut, though I didn't expect to find anything. But they had the new album! I knew that it'd be released in September/October, I just didn't know that it had been released already. It's probably been there all week without me knowing. Anyway, I have it now, and I love it. It sounds a little bit uniform, but maybe I'll just have to listen to it again.
Mmm, and this weekend, we have the oven festival in our village. It's really not even what you would call a small town, we have only about 1,000 inhabitants, but two festivals over the year. The oven festival is the only chance to get Grünkernküchle (I'm not even gonna try translate this), with tzatziki and fresh bread, mmm, delicious.
