The last person Lance expects to run into when he pushes the door of the airport bathroom open is Nick Carter. Of course he knows that Backstreet's in Germany as well, knows they're going home for Christmas, too, he just didn't know they were leaving from the same airport. Only that both groups taped the same BRAVO special yesterday, in the same city, so big duh.

"N-Nick. Hey."

Nick doesn't seem to be quite as startled, just blows his bangs out of his face and nods at him. "Hi, Lance."

They stare at each other for a minute, until Lance finally remembers that he came here for a purpose, and it wasn't stuttering at Nick. "Excuse me."

Nick's still there when Lance comes out of the stall, leaning against a sink, and what the fuck, did he just listen to Lance piss? "So, ah," Nick says while Lance runs the water, reaches for the soap. "I know how you said we should just forget about it, but the thing is --"

Lance's hands still. Maybe he has been too fast drawing conclusions, but Nick had looked so
