I think I'll go for a walk outside now, the summer sun's calling my name

Ahhh, lovely sun is out today. I was majorly bummed yesterday because had it not been cloudy and raining, I would have been able to see the solar eclipse. The next time there will be an eclipse in Poland is 2115 or something crazy like that. What can you do though?
So my mom has become an American Idol fanatic. She even calls in... several times... for Ace. She love Ace. He's her "main man" as she described him to me. I guess he reminds her of my brother... the musical one. Even though I'm pretty sure my brother and Ace would never even be in the same room together. Of course this is all my speculation, as I am unable to watch American Idol since I live in non-America. However, I did watch a show that I guess was a Polish Idol type thing the other day and the guy who did best on that day sang U2 and it was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.
Speaking of my brother (which if you remember I did a few sentences ago, and if you don't remember please go get your brain checked)... he's been playing some shows lately with his former and I guess current band. They did a show in Chicago and a couple weeks ago played at No Fun Fest in NYC. At the NYC concert, the lead guy from Sonic Youth told my brother that they had the best set of anyone, and now they want my brother to come to London this summer to play. So that's neat, I guess. I can't really get behind this particular band that he's in, so I have a hard time being excited about it. And I refuse to say, "As long as he's happy." because I think that's one of the bull-shittiest statements ever. I hate when people say that about me or to me. Because what? What if I was happy murdering people? But still, I guess it's nice that he's doing something. And maybe this will lead to something better.
Well, it is sunny today, so I think I will go for a walk outside now. Although it's not quite summer sun since it's in the 40s. But it will do, oh yes. It will do.
