Hah I went to europe and you didnt
so ive been beack a couple of days. got in thurs nite without hassle. got out of atlanta to memphis just in time cause the canceled or delayed all the later flights out of atlanta (ha ha jake). ate the potato skins id been craving for a month in memphis, they dont have them in europe those bastards. my parents picked me up from the airport, i was expecting just my dad but my mom was there too! they whisked me to my apt and showered me with mail, some late christmas presents, and clean sheets!!!!!! they stayed long enough for me to feel better and then left to go back to lc. i love my mommy and daddy. i took a wonderful hot bath and then got dressed to go to jess's party. it was fun as soon as i gave her her coq sportifs she put them on. she loved them. that made me happy. i didnt stay too long cause i went home to bed. that was nice. friday i went to best buy and bought garden state for myself and napolean dyamite for jake. jess fixed my hair in a cute french twist for the ball and then stiles was awesome and brought me not just to new orleans, but to the west bank! as soon as i got there we got dressed and left for the ball. it was a lot of fun but we were really tired. we went home around 1 and watched some of napolean dynamite before crashing. on saturday we just lounged around and saturday nite we went to jakes cousins bar. then we came home and watched garden state which is for sure in my top 5 best movies ever. i love it period. today, jake treated me to a ride into real new orleans where i went to urban outfitters and splurged on myself. why, you ask, do i deserved clothes from urban outfitters when i just got back from europe? besides the fact that i love myself i also got a 3.5 this semester and made the deans list. suck on that. i didnt get much just enough to satisfy my jones. that catches you all up some. its good to hear southern accents again and walk on flat land. its disarming to see house sized cars again and to be awake at these weird american hours. ask questions about my trip if you like.
