man, have i been lazy the past couple days (or at least since yesterday around 4:30). I've watched several movies/tv shows and read another good chunk of Fast Food Nation which is really good, thus a good way to get back into reading for pleasure...something i haven't really done since that summer i worked for dad and had nothing better to do during work hours. reading for classes really ruined the whole process for me, because i was always in such a hurry to get things READ that I couldn't really get interested in any of it.
i briefly considered going on another "photo trip" somewhere this morning, but i couldn't think of anywhere to go, so i just wound up getting a quesadilla and watching a lot of TLC shows, Underworld, Tomb Raider, and the new Bill Maher special on HBO. There's some lightning going on down south, but it does not currently seem very threatening up here which is a shame because i love rain. Also, I finished off my bottle of vodka earlier, and have been contemplating going out to buy some more alcohol...except i kinda want beer, and i'm sort of trying to lose 20 pounds, and those two desires are hardly complimentary so i should stick with my vodka and light cran-raspberry juice, but i don't want that enough to go to the store. so it's a problem. i may just wind up putting on another movie...THAT wouldn't add any calories to my ass, especially if i worked out during said film.
well whatever, guess i'll leave the computer at least.
