My friend Cheryl has been having some hard times lately. Her husband left her, (he was a jerk - verbally abusive to her and the kids, so it's not totally a bad thing) but she has five kids and is a stay at home mom. That's awesome (re: R.L. Stine and Christopher Pike); I don't think I've ever met anyone else whose read them. They weren't terribly frightening, but the Pike books were very, very strange.

To a word, the drive will be INSANE south of White Plains, and the traffic through Queens and into Nassau County will be insane. Better get good and prayed up, and bring some good maps. What's the address of the Borders in Westbury? I'll try and come up with some good directions. And let's hang out; Westbury isn't super far from NYC.
