So I have this hobby....
I love this hobby. Saw my man again today, at the Swansea Mall in Massachusetts. Last night I left work at 3 and went to Becky (McLean) Ogden's appartment at Gordon College in S. Hamilton Mass. I got there about 7, and we hung out and had pizza that Matt made. Stephanie, Becky's friend from college was also there. I had met her before when I visited Becky in Newville a few years ago. Over dinner I told them about all my visits to see Constantine and they were facsinated, so I showed them part of my AI dvd that piyo sent me. I showed them I Can't Make You Love Me, My Funny Valentine, and BoRhap, and Black Wednesday. Also, a little bit of Elimidate. Steph was swooning during ICMYLM but she thought his looks to the camera were creepy in MFV. Matt thought he had good range. Becky thought he looked cuter w/ the shorter hair on Elimidate. Then we watched Just Like Heaven. I love that movie.
Yesterday morning (seems like so long ago!) we went to Rockport and had breakfast at "Flav's Red Skiff". It was a cute little diner. Then we walked down to the beach, which was beautiful. It was a really quaint little town. I took some pictures, if you want to see them in my pictures section.
Then I left and drove down to Swansea. I had to go over this awful bridge in Boston and had to pay $3 to drive on it. I hate bridges! I got there at 1:30 (when I thought the fashion show started, but it actually was just ending. I joined the clump of fans at the front of the stage and waited for the show to begin. Willow (the little girl I took a pic of w/ Constantine at Brel in Jan.) did the sound check. It was so cute... Then Constantine came out and sang Everybody Loves, Several Thousand, Girl Like You and Fading Into You. Made a comment about the models and said they were future Supermodels - especially the guys "just kidding." He had on his white shoes again, he loves those! Said his album is 9 on the indie charts, talked about the concert on the Bold and the Beautiful airing August 24th. Before the concert, someone gave me a button like I got last week (and forgot to wear!). I had it on when I went to the bathroom and some old lady asked me where I got it, so I gave it to her. I asked if she was a fan and she said, yes, she's been watching him on the BandB. So I gave her my pin and she was very happy! It was cute.
After the concert there was a meet and greet. Constantine personalized each person's CD and took pictures. The line was really long, probably took over an hour at least. He remembered me from last week! I met a lady in line, Debbie and was chatting with her. When she was getting her cd signed he asked if I was her daughter, we were like no, and then he was like, oh yeah, you were at the "Atlantic City" show, and I said, No Six Flags...and he was like, that's what I meant, Great Adventure and said that I got a shirt. I said, "I've been to see you a bunch of times" (I'm such a dork...why can't I say something more intelligent!) He signed my CD (I have more than one) "Samantha Rules... <3 Constantine". Debbie mentioned to him that she was seeing Elliot Yamin tonight and he said that he hung out w/him last night. I told Debbie I would email her my videos. She was really nice.
I got home about 7:30 last night. I didn't get lost at all! I'm so proud. I was in three states yesterday. (MA, RI and NY!)
