I am really sorry for the hiatus that just ... happened. And because of that the new header mysteriously did not go up, even though in july i remember doing it, for some reason it didn't go through. So I will put the next header up a few months and the last banner will go up into 2010 sometime. (maybe end of Jan or early Feb.)

Also, so sorry for the delay in getting winners out (just recently got enough votes) and banners from previous challenges. ms_scully_icons got really busy so i'll be doing banners until she's ready :). Here are past banners that were missed. also results for challenge 15 are as follows.
