Apologies this is so late. I've been a bit sick lately. Temperature's come down from 39.5C on Tuesday night (yes, the day of the HP premiere, but I'd already paid for tickets so I wasn't going to miss it, plus I didn't actually feel that ill and I wasn't coughing or sneezing) to about 37.5C today (but I'm coughing like crazy now).

HBP THOUGHTS IN BRIEF )

Yep! Mini-mort is my collective term for the two awesome boys who played Tom Riddle (did you know that one of them's actually Big-mort's nephew?) Glad you like the chart ^_^

Yeah...I really wanted Tonks to pounce on Lupin...and McG to say, "Dumbledore would've been happier if there was a little more love in the world..." because that was one of the most beautiful moments of book 6 for me. Seriously, McG occasionally makes me want to be in Gryffindor. Just occasionally :P

Mm! I mean people are like, "bah, bland colours..." but I really liked it. You don't need to use 100% real colours all the time; in fact if you've seen Schindler's List they filmed it in entirely b/w and it was amazing.

Hey, I know! Come to Infinitus in Orlando, Florida next year! It's an HP convention at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park! (Apparently, registration opens up after Azkatraz, which is probably round next week? I'm still trying to convince the parents to let me go...) It apparently is one of the only times people will get to dress up in the themepark because there are laws prohibiting persons over 18 dressing up in parks due to paedophile incidents...

I didn't know that! But yeah, awesome acting there.

Honestly, I'm indifferent about Remus/Tonks. I'd just have preferred if they'd kept it where it was in the book, not randomly switch it to places where it made no sense. But you're right, they missed out on making a nice reference.

What's wrong with those people? Half the point of that movie is that it's not, you know, happy-go-lucky with colours suitable for that. These were more "artistic", in any case.

Heh, I don't know if I have the resources right now, but it sounds awesome. That "no dressing up" rule is ridiculous, though, even if I understand where it came from. Another of those instances when there are a few incidents and the rest of us have to pay for it...
