Opening my heart
You will always have a special place in my heart. You showed me what love is and for that I am eternally grateful. For the past 6 months, I have tried pushing you out of that place. I have finally come to realize that it's nearly impossible. You will always be a part of my life in some small way. Accepting that has been very difficult for me. I wanted nothing more than to be rid of you and start with a clean slate.
There is plenty of room in my heart for you. It will take some work and a bit of patience but I do feel that we could eventually overcome our differences and be very good friends again. You were my life for 2 years, I still want you to be a part of it now as I grow to be a better person. I love you Rachel. You will always be an important part of my life and I miss you very much.
