that my thanksgiving menu now features a Pumpkin Cheesecake Tart with Cranberry/Pinot Noir Reduction. this is a request and i will gladly oblige.
spent the greater part of the weekend at the salon, getting highlights and subsequently covering them up with a red glaze the following morning. i am not certain what i was thinking but new jersey was certainly not a part of it, and that is what i looked like upon the highlighting. brandon was kind of into it, in a "how jennifer finch of you" kinda way.
it would have been jennifer finch had it been platinum, but brassy yellow just didn't do it.
maybe i was just taking out ill-placed frustration on my hair. friday night i got turned away at the door of the "sold out" revered horton heat show, to which we had walked to in undescribably painful cold weather. i kindof forgot to buy advance tickets and you can imagine how i cursed myself for it. door guy saw the look in my eyes and let me buy a t shirt and hang out by the door for a while to listen to hank III (who rocked). and than we left.
