Insane DMs
Seeing as the first post is really full I thought I'd take a stab at posting
something else. I work in the shoe dept. and we recently had a visit from
our DM, her boss, and one of the vice presidents (Chris Deisse). It was very
stressful because TJ, our DM, kept calling and telling us to do insane little
things like taking our posters (that she made us make for her rediculus little
contests) down from the stockroom, putting the footies on the floor instead of the
counter, placing size stickers on all of the 9.5's and 11's...
she made my manager give herself a migrain and throw up for 3 hours because she
put so much stress on the visit.
and i swear it barely lasted an hour, and it was like nothing.
I don't really know the point of making this rant other than to start a discussion
about some of stein mart's grouchy head honchos.
