So I watched 'In The Realm of Senses' today...
The Kibitz Room turned out to be a hit...with my friends as well. Maybe a place to rock out post-concert when larabesque comes out for the Madonna concert. It's just a cool, low-key bar with no cover, cheap drinks (not LA cheap, $7, but REAL cheap, $4) and the DJ, DJ Morty, plays an awesome mix of 80's-90's-classic rock-punk music. He even played four, FOUR Madonna songs, ending the night with Holiday. LOVE Him.
Afterwards, we ran into, or rather he ran into us, a coked-up Asian guy that was hell-bent on outing me and hitting on me at the same time. I know my blue parachute pants were hot, but I did not invite him to grab my bulge or slap my ass, which he so gratuitously did. He wanted us to give him a ride home where he offered a line of whatever he was on. Random. Thank God we ran into him at the END of the night or I might've gotten unruly.
I went mall shopping tonight. AHHHH!! Not for me - for a friend, but girls have it so good...at least here in California...all these stores with these HOT ASS 80's looks and colors for CHEAP!! All I can choose from for looks is GhettoUrban (ecko, Rocawear, etc), Preppy, Sporty, or OLD. And even if I find something, the smallest size is like XXXL. Because I'm so XXXL. Maybe I should do drag.
I'm tired, but I think I'm going to draw or something. 12:19 seems so early to go to bed...
