fondu fondu...
so i'm at my new internship today... i started yesterday and lemme tell ya, its totally different than the one at MIHP. I'm chillin' in the old recording studio of the beastie boys, which i have all to myself, listening to the garden state soundtrack (when I should probably be listening to the beastie boys, eh? *pauses* problem fixed!)... scratch that. listening to the beastie boys waiting for my boss to get back.
the office here is so kool. its very kick back, but they get their shit done. let me paint a picture for you. theres a really kool couch set up with a huge modern coffee table. they ripped out the drywall to expose the brick. the main floors are wood, but at the top, they have astroturffy carpet to go with their wallpapper trees.Next to the desks are these awesome spinning 70s style orange chairs. there are cracks in the ceiling from when there used to be a halfpipe in the room. a pinball machine (the fact that its a playboy pinball machine adds to setting), a basketball hoop, a discoball, an arcade version of street fighters II, some racing arcade game, a graffitied wall just to top it off. and the graffitied wall has huge barn doors (i guess) with loads of alcohol. i still haven't decided who has more, MIHP or FONDU. hehe
that's all for now. i should probably go find something to keep myself busy... and some different music to listen to. ;P
