Flipnote Artists to watch for on Flipnote Studio 3D
The old Flipnote Hatena website has closed as of May 31st, the New Flipnote Studio 3D will be available in Early August.
While the new Flipnote Studio is a Subscription service (99c a month), there Will be a free period where users can log on between 3pm and 7pm to browse the animations being submitted. More info on the program and service can be found at the Official Flipnote Website,
