mm bittersweet procrastination

So what's better for you? Healthy thinking or healthy eating?
Suppose you can call yourself a "lardo" and decide not to have that chocolate bar or you can practice good self-esteem, tell yourself there's nothing wrong with your "body type" and wolf it down. lol I know it doesn't work that way, heh, it's just funny that's how it goes through my mind. I know good self esteem means you want to take care of your body and all, I just think it's not always altogether motivating. Though I suppose no one should ever talk themselves down in the name of getting fit - Dr. Phil would not approve.

What else?

The world is a meat market... or rather maybe I've missed the meat market because where ever I turn there are people who are married or homosexual ... so my options have quite dwindled. Which is good, I mean, in a sense, sure, since I get to focus on other things such as school...school..school..work a bit...working out... school? yeah school. mm and there are some people I should get in touch with that I haven't.

Anyways, I've noticed some rather large personality and mentality transitions that started a looong time ago but have just become blatently apparent. However the danger may come in the sense that I'm alright with most of the changes... I just have to find an equilibrium for them, work them into things that are already working for me. Think I can do it ....?... guess we'll see.
