things that will be different...
11 more days and i will be on the plane to the US of A! I haven't finished packing my stuff into boxes and I haven't finished packing my lugguage as well. It's the last eleven days I am spending in my house and I feel really sad. Every day when I walk home I try to treasure the walk as much as possible.
When I return...
1) I will be staying in a new house.
2) Gor Yi might have given birth! The baby's due mid January!
3) The orchard library will be closed.
4) The ferris wheel at marina will be ready for rides!
5) ..........
I can't think of more but I am sure things are bound to change and places will surely look different even though its for only half a year. I went to Suntec with Lyy last Sunday and it looks different!They renovated the row of shops behind the convention center! We were walking along the row of shops and suddenly we saw an entrance that was glowing with blue light. Out of curiosity, we walked towards it and the light was from a damn pretty water fountain! I think it is sort of a musical fountain because the water seem to be dancing to the music. And the cool part about the fountain is that the water looks like it is going up and down.(i think it's the lighting effects!!!don't think they can make the water defy gravity right?)
The weather's been pretty gloomy these days. Always raining and raining.
It's COLDDDD lah. It's damn nice weather to sleep in though. Been meeting up with friends over the past few days. Met Jing and Yijun on friday for drinks at timbre.
Wing and Yunzi on Saturday for a little shopping. Lyy on Sunday at our usual hangouts. Siew Ling on Monday at chompchomp. Yunzi again on Tuesday Morning. We were supposed to go back to visit the primary school teachers but the security is so tight now they didn't allow us to go in. =( Met Cindy and Manyi on Tuesday evening. And I finally went to AMK HUB! I was so amazed by the place!It's BIG! and there are so many places to dine! But boring Cindy wanted to go Mos burger again!! And guess who I met at Mos?! JOAN! hahaha. Damn coincidental! and Joan asked me to blogggg. I also met Peck Lian on the bus to AMK! Anyways, I was looking for the "middle of nowhere" at the AMK HUB and I think I sort of know where it is. Met Sze and Yun last night for supper!=) Sorry I was so late! Thanks Sze, Yun, Sam and Jess for the present!
