my shoulder is KILLING me!! some muscle in my neck/shoulder is just NOT happy, and i don't know why, can't even really isolate which muscle it IS or which movements aggravate it, so i'm just going about all hunched up and skittish because when i happen to move some way that pisses it off, it's bad enough i make the hurt animal sound. hee. only, not hee, 'cause the fucker hurts! i'm moving like a dork, i smell like an old person, and i don't even know what i did to it.
